Legal Discovery AI — ConversationMine, Inc. — Effective May 6, 2026

1. Data We Collect

We collect account information (name, email, firm), uploaded discovery documents (police reports, exhibits, case files), and usage data necessary to operate the service.

2. How We Use Your Data

Data is used solely to provide and improve Legal Discovery AI. We do not sell or share uploaded discovery materials or AI analysis results with third parties.

3. Confidentiality of Discovery Materials

Uploaded discovery documents may contain confidential or privileged legal materials. ConversationMine, Inc. treats all uploaded documents as confidential. Access is restricted to the uploading account only.

4. Data Retention

Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your subscription and deleted within 30 days of account cancellation upon request.

5. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing and Anthropic APIs for AI analysis. We do not pass privileged discovery content to third parties in identifiable form.
